Recipe - Potato Chips (84 calories/quarter of recipe yeild)
- 1.25 lbs potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- water
In a bowl, combine potatoes and salt.
Add cold water to cover, then soak 30 minutes.
Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray, place potatoes on sheet in a single layer, and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes, turning often.
Cool and munch!*****
